I was kind of confused because I expected the return process to be way more complicated, but it ended up being super easy. I sent it back and got my refund fast with no hassle at all.

I stopped by looking for a few outdoor things, and of course it felt like I picked the worst possible time to go. The selection was really thin, and a lot of stuff I figured they’d have just wasn’t there. A few sections were almost empty, which was frustrating after making the trip. I ended up leaving and getting what I needed somewhere else.

I ordered a set of folding chairs and a table, and somehow they sent the chairs in the wrong color plus an extra table part I didn’t even need. The whole point was that it was supposed to be simple and accurate, but that definitely didn’t happen.
Customer service did respond, but they kept making it sound like it would be quick and easy to fix, and it really wasn’t. I had to send pictures, repeat my order number twice, and then wait a few days just to get the return label they said would come sooner.
The price was fine, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster, but the broken promises made it frustrating. I don’t mind a small delay here and there, but at the very least I expect to get the stuff I actually ordered.

The prices are alright, but not really the cheapest. I’m not sure how to explain it, they just feel kind of average compared to other places.

Ordered from Competitive Edge Products and it showed up fast, tbh. The box felt sturdy and everything inside had enough padding, so thankfully nothing was broken.
One corner of the outer box was kinda crushed, which made me a little nervous at first lol. But once I opened it up, the item itself was totally fine.

Overall, I’m happy with the packaging. It could’ve been a bit cleaner/tighter, but it did the job, so no real complaints

I reached out to support and then... waited. Nothing right away. Eventually they did get back to me, but it was definitely later than I expected

I had an issue with it. The warranty team got back to me the next day. They sent the part I needed. It wasn’t perfect. But it felt fair enough.

I placed my order, I barely heard anything after that. I ended up having to chase them for updates, and when they did reply it was slow and not all that helpful. it was annoying.

I’m disappointed with this purchase. As soon as I took it out of the box, it just felt cheaper than I expected. Some of the parts didn’t line up right, and after only a few uses it was already starting to show wear. For what I paid, I really thought the quality would be better. Definitely having a bit of buyer’s remorse on this one.

Tried to get help. Didn’t really get a fix. Just told to wait. Still stuck with the same issue.

My order got here when it was supposed to, so no problem there. The box was a little rough-looking, had some dents and looked like it got knocked around a bit, but whatever, the stuff inside was all fine. Nothing was broken, so overall I’m not too bothered by it.

That shortcut backfired once and I had to redo a section. Some pieces lined up really well, but a few steps in the directions were a little unclear and took more time than I expected. In the end it all worked out, but I’d say it needs more patience than I originally planned for.

I did get tracking after a little bit, though I kind of wish the updates had been clearer because I kept checking and then forgetting about it. Anyway, the box showed up earlier than I expected.
